The Kyiv Economic Court of Appeals rejected the complaint of the KIEVPAY raiders, having left the original decision of the Commercial Court in favor of KIEVPAY, a company belonging to the UWISE group of companies.
In March 2018, ignoring the norms of Ukrainian legislation with the assistance of interested parties, officials were taken a series of decisions on the actual blocking of the group's activities. Such decisions had full signs of excess of authority and a sign of abuse of power, which was proved in courts of all instances, discontinued obstacles to entrepreneurial activity and protected the legitimate interests of the company.
